Brisket for Blue

The “Brisket for Blue” event was born out of a conversation between husband and wife, Allen and Paige Dress, about the current atmosphere in our county, and wanting to do something to show our local police officers our appreciation for the sacrifices they make, and selflessly putting their lives on the line for us and our communities every day.

What started as a small idea, and Facebook group, bloomed into being able to provide a total of 30 briskets, sides and fixings to 11 local police departments. Many thanks to the tremendous support and donations (money, time, products) from the community members and companies.
